These lightsabers are the Force FX sabers that have been modified by Ultra Sabers for more durability, and brighter, removable blades. You can also choose the color of your blade, regardless of the hilt. Luke hilt with red blade? Obi Wan hilt with green blade? It's up to you.
These sabers do not use LED strips inside the blades, instead they use high powered Class 2 laser devices in the hilt. With no electronics in the blade, you can duel with these sabers without worrying about breaking the expensive lighting systems.
Unlike the Force FX version, these lightsabers have blades that can be removed. So you can wear just the hilt on your belt like the actual movie props. These sabers are a considerable upgrade over a stock Force FX lightsaber.
