Payment information is used solely for the collection of payment from you in regards to your order or its modification. Payments are collected through a third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

HOW DO WE PROTECT VISITOR INFORMATION?

We implement a variety of security measures & technologies to maintain and protect the safety of your personal information from any unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

The extent of this privacy policy does not extend beyond ultrasabers.com or saberforum.com, and as such cannot apply to these other websites. Engagement with them subjects your information to any privacy or other policies they may have.

Retention of Personal Information

How long we keep information we collect about you depends on the type of information, and the duration of which will restart with each engagement of the website.

Personal information obtained through purchase through our site is retained in your account and preserved indefinitely, as it may include purchase history, or reward points associated to the account. Behavioral data obtained through cookies and on-site tracking as mentioned above may be retained for up to 540 days, at which time, your information will be no longer accessible to us and will be either deleted or anonymized.

We retain Personal Information that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as long as is required in order to contact you regarding your order or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements).

If you have signed up for our newsletter, we will retain personal information as well as your marketing preferences through the use of our mailing integration. This information can be removed through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
